Unanet Accounting Support

We had spent a year onboarding a new, integrated data system for accounting and billing and project management. And it’s, it actually turned out to be a very complex system, that required, a lot of knowledge and a lot of practice. And, the company that we bought the data system from recommended Richtr.

Using Unanet has turned out to be not one of our favorite activities at RDA. Let’s just put it that way. I think it is primarily an accounting system and I think that it serves us well in that way, but I’m not sure that unless I sent one of my own staff, to Unanet school, they would be able to produce the kind of information that [Richtr] Maileen is producing.

I was immediately impressed with how much more information I received in terms of, monthly financial reports. I don’t feel like I have to guess and round off numbers or, wonder if I’m going to get my statements on time or wonder if the books are going to be closed on time or if I have a question, I feel confident that Richtr has the capacity to figure out the answer. Like for instance, today she’ll be at our executive team meeting to explain about October’s billing.

They communicate. They follow up, they ask questions. They’re able to, you know, I, you know, I, I will say that Maileen and Richtr have gone beyond what the scope of work is that I’m contracting them for.

I was worried that they would not be as accessible as I needed them. And I haven’t found that to be true. I would particularly recommend Richtr to any business that’s using Unanet data system, for sure.
