Vation is a growing company. We’re only four and a half years old, but we now have about 30 employees and we have grown past our initial bookkeepers into a need for a true accounting firm. Richtr fit that need perfectly for us. One of the first services that they were able to do is to move us to QuickBooks online.

They were able to automate the invoicing process. They were able to clean up a lot of the back end A/R that we needed to keep the cash flow of the company running well. So that was the day-to-day upgrade that had immediate impact for us at Vation. Then, as we approach tax season, they were able to not only provide us with the bookkeeping and the reporting necessary for reporting to state, local and federal taxes.

They were able to give us the guidance, the guidance that would end up saving us money. We deal day to day with the Richtr team on the tactical pieces. But at the same time, our satisfaction with the partner level of Richtr that gives us their time whenever we need it. That they have been a great council to us. They work closely with our legal staff on constructing contracts, on tax pieces, on our operating agreement.

So the satisfaction from our sales people to get invoices correct and from me as the managing partner to get our operating agreement set the right way to get our taxes structure the right way. The top to bottom value of Richtr is extremely strong. You know, the big accounting firms, they look at us as noise. Richtr looks at us as opportunity. And so we’re growing with them.
