We were looking for a company like Richtr that could provide, part-time, professional accounting services, to win the confidence of our investors. They understood the expectations of investors in companies similar to us. And they were able to come up with a plan and execute it quickly, and also communicate that to our investors and keep our investors engaged and involved in the process.

So they were, they were happy with where we landed on, having financials that were accurate and believable, within, within a few months. I mean, we were closing our books previously in about three weeks, and now we can close our books in about three days after the end of a month.

One area Richtr really helped us save money is in bill paying. They set up some automated systems that allow me to very quickly scan the bills I want to pay. Click on invoices and have them pop up immediately, so I can look at them, click on the invoices that I want to pay and get them paid efficiently.

They’ve taken the accounting workload off of me and let me focus on the things that I’m, I can contribute more to the business while also, knowing that our books are solid and being managed efficiently.
