I was spending a lot of time doing manual payroll, running it myself, sending invoices, checking on invoices, spending way too much time. I wasn’t following compliance correctly. I wasn’t being compliant with everything I do financially. That’s when I reached out to Richtr to get their help. It was a pretty seamless process. I would say, more importantly, as a software as a service business, we need to understand our gross margin in our unit economics and having them categorize all our finances in terms of cost of goods sold, sales and marketing, separating everything out has been really helpful to understand where we should invest money and what’s working as a business.

They go beyond just the finances. And they helped us put together an onboarding employee handbook that our new employees get to read through when they accept an offer through gusto. So that’s been really helpful to get people up to speed quickly.

Because of the pandemic, every business was impacted, including us, and they helped us maximize the amount of support we got from the government and made sure that our payment terms work for us. And along in that process they’ve saved us tens of thousands of dollars and it really feels like they are part of the team. So it’s the perfect blend of commitment and quality.
