Outsourced Financial Operations

We had an in-house, you know, an in-house controller slash bookkeeper but we were finding that as our organization grew, and as we became a little more mature, that we wanted more strength, more insight to help us on the financial planning and kind of financial, operational front.

I met with James and Maileen, several times in the process and very immediately felt comfortable with their, their expertise with the team, their understanding of SoDA and how we operate in the business that we’re in. Richtr’s made a huge impact on the organization, and in particular, my role as, as executive director. First and foremost, we have a very, very clear and very structured way that we now run all of our financial operations.

There’s a great degree of discipline. There’s a great degree of transparency, and there’s a great degree of confidence, in, in our financial operations and where we’re at as an organization. And that just simply wasn’t the case five years ago, when we started working with Richtr. The team is, is not content to just do the wrote thing that we need to get done every month.

They’re constantly pushing me and asking me about other facets of the business and areas where we can make improvements or areas where we might need to think a little more deeply about our approach than what we’ve done in the past. So, there’s this kind of constant sense of improvement that comes from the team. And I really appreciate that.

I’m very satisfied with the services Richtr has provided and the strategic guidance that they’ve given me as executive director, into our organization.
