Outsourced Accounting for SaaS Companies

We were growing, but we didn’t necessarily know best practice for how we should be growing. We didn’t know what software is most efficient or best for growth. And, just found Richtr at a time where we were in a transition and looking to kind of take that next step in maturity as a company.

The transition to Richtr was very easy, actually kind of surprisingly easy. When you are changing the way that you are used to doing something or you’re incorporating different processes that can often be quite challenging. I will say that Richtr bear the brunt of a lot of the nitty gritty when we were transitioning.

Some of the solutions that Richtr provided that have saved so much time and energy, were improving our accounts receivable and our accounts payable process, improving our employee expense reporting and collection process. They’ve also worked with us and they work with us every year in preparing our taxes. And then also with sales tax related things.

We have pretty much reformed every process and procedure and all of that has led to us being able to work more efficiently and scale as we add more clients to our roster and grow on our… Grow with our revenue every year.

They’ve been helpful in allowing us to save money, because we haven’t had to hire an entire accounting team. That’s probably, that’s probably the largest. They don’t necessarily have this perfect rigid thing for every single client. They kind of assess what your needs are and then they’re willing to be flexible and adapt and help you solve your business issue that you’re having. I really appreciated that partnership.

I can’t speak highly enough of Richtr. I refer them to everyone that I know that I was looking for any assistance with accounting or any help and growing as a company. I know that they are going to be creative and solve problems and actually truly add value to a client. I am forever grateful for the Richtr team.
