We were starting our fundraising process and we wanted to make sure that we had a good base to start fundraising, that we were fundable. And that encompasses the budget, the way that the company is set up, the proforma for the budgets, warm introductions, and also exposure.

The results that we’ve got so far with Richtr are, well, first of all, the proforma is impeccable. It makes a lot of sense to me. And I know that it’s something that we can easily present to investors. Also the pitch competitions and the conferences that we’ve been to have brought us a lot of exposure, a lot of conversations with investors. It’s easy to say, oh, you know, I’m going to help you.

And I know these investors and I can make warm intros and, but then, you know, not, not all companies (are) ready to get invested in you. You need to have a good base, a strong base. And that’s what I like about Richtr, is that they really make sure that you have all the components to be ready to go out and fundraise and that investors will actually take you seriously.

It opened so many other possibilities for me. Not just what Richtr was telling me, but then I connected other dots and thought, oh my gosh, now we can go this direction. And we can also add this.

Whatever question you have, they will always try to find the best answer, even though they may not know it off the back…

But they will pull out their resources to be able to, to answer you and you always have questions. So, I think that Richtr, in that sense, is a very good sounding board and it can help them on so many different levels. I can definitely say that we would not be where we’re at, where we are at today without the help of Richtr.
