Richtr really came in and streamlined a number of the processes that I had, so instead of adding to my workload, they literally began to ask me questions like, well, why are you doing this? And my answer was simply, well, that’s what my last accountant told me I needed to do.

And when they really got through things and we focused on putting essentially the same amount of time into financial management accounting that I did before, but now paying attention to the right things as opposed to paying attention to things that are really not much more than checking boxes.

And Richtr was able to come in and make some fairly substantial, I’m not a huge company, but when we’re talking five figure savings over the course of two or three years, it adds up and it adds up very quickly.

By helping me with a combination of putting together financial forecasting and working with another consultant who works very closely with Richtr and I together to put together a more organized sales funnel, I was able to secure an SBA loan to retire some debt to a former business partner that I don’t think I would have been able to do without Richtr’s help.

Richtr sets themselves apart from other financial professionals and companies that I’ve worked with in a basic understanding of my goals of the business versus how an accountant may look at a business.

I frequently recommend Richtr to colleagues and have on a number of occasions and will continue to do to do so. It’s one thing to have an accountant who is more than happy to react and respond when you call them with a particular question, as opposed to somebody that is actually sitting there beside you looking at your business and saying, wait a minute, there’s something right there that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Either way, we need to pay attention to it. And they’re doing it proactively and through the financial lens that allows me to to widen my gaze to the entire company.

I can’t think of the last significant decision I made that Richtr didn’t have a seat at the table and provide me with a point of view to move forward.
