The original reason that we, that prompted us to look for financial help is that we started to raise our pre-seed round of funding and we needed to get our accounting systems and our data room and everything prepared in order, such that we could execute, due diligence in a professional manner.

Our first impression of, of Richtr was that they’re highly professional, highly competent, that they served our niche of working with technology startups. And so they really knew the fundraising process, all the things that needed to be put in place to accommodate due diligence for investors. And so overall it was an extremely positive impression.

In fairness, we didn’t have a full grasp and understanding of all the things that we needed to put in place in terms of accounting and payroll systems accounts payable, our chart of accounts, et cetera, et cetera. And Richtr really guided us through that. They put forward a, these are the things that need to be put in place, put together a proposal for us that outlined exactly what they were going to do, and they executed.

Richtr was helpful in helping us raise money in the sense of identifying opportunities where we were eligible for different both, government & funding opportunities. And they helped facilitate that process as well as they provided a supportive role during our fundraising process in terms of putting together a data room and, all the formal transactions and stuff that needed to be in place, to actually execute the fundraise.

Richtr was definitely a partner in the process and helped us with the fundraising process and introductions to potential investors, as well as providing fundraising advice, you know, reviewing our pitch decks for our investors and helping to put together a proforma, our market sizing, all the stuff that’s required for an investor to execute their due diligence

During the COVID pandemic they worked with us on helping us solidify our PPP loans as well as other financial benefits that helped us extend our runway and achieve our milestones.

I would highly recommend Richtr because they’re highly professional accountants and CFOs and are an extreme help for companies such as ours that are starting up and getting off the ground, to get all the required accounting systems in place to operate in a professional capacity, both for investors, for employees and, for vendors.
