Day-to-Day Accounting Outsourced

I was moving out of a day to day accounting role, into the CFO role. And so I really needed, expertise and additional bandwidth in the company. I decided that Richtr was the right company for us for a variety of reasons, primarily to begin with, it was because they were referred to us by somebody that I knew and respected.

They had a great experience with their clients using Richtr. Through them, I met James at Richtr and we had a very good connection. And James [Richtr] really understood the needs of a small company, a small growing company like ours. And then I learned all about all the services that they provided, and it was a really good fit for what Accure was looking for.

As a CFO, Richtr has definitely made my life easier. I know that I can hand off our day-to-day transactions to them and know that they’re being completed in a very professional manner. I know that they will produce our monthly financial statements in a timely manner that are accurate and complete. And that’s really relieved that burden off of my plate and really allowed me to focus on the strategic needs of the business and for me to be able to support my CEO as a business partner and not just a simple accountant.

Also, as we’re a growing company, we’re encountering new processes that need to be implemented. And I can actually discuss these processes with Richtr and get, you know, qualified, experienced input, qualified and experienced design to those processes that can be quickly implemented. And it really [Richtr] allows me the CFO to focus on more strategic issues, more business-related issues, and not to have to worry about the day-to-day accounting.

I would highly recommend Richtr to anyone that I know that is looking for financial support. I think they bring with them a breadth of experience that a small company can benefit from. Without having to invest in multiple people that can bring that same level of skillset to your organization. I find them easy to work with and very effective partners in helping us look at our business and determining what we need to correctly and effectively support the organization.
